Jay earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is admitted to the bars of both Pennsylvania and Maryland. His journey into the legal field began with an associate degree in legal studies, followed by an eleven-year career in civil service. During this time, he earned a bachelor's in jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore.

Jay's dedication to the law is matched only by his commitment to serving the community. He is not only an accomplished attorney but also a motorcycle enthusiast and a loyal Baltimore sports fan. Outside of his professional life, Jay is a devoted father to his two sons, Connor and Reilly, who inspire him daily.
