Jay W. Metzbower, Jr, Esquire earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

 Jay is admitted to the bars of both Pennsylvania and Maryland. He has always had a passion for the law and serving the community. After earning an associate degree in legal studies, Jay began an eleven-year career in civil service. During this time, he earned a bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence from the University of Baltimore.

In his free time, Jay is a motorcycle enthusiast and loyal Baltimore sports fan. In addition to serving the community, Jay is motivated by his love for his two sons, Connor and Reilly. At Bellomo and Associates, Jay’s mission is to provide the same experience he would want for his own family.

Peter G. Franzis | Founder

Peter was born and raised in York, PA.  He was active with his church and graduated with honors from Dover Area High School in 1987.  Peter attended Bentley University in Waltham, MA.  He was a founding member of the Debate Team and member of the Student Union, Model United Nations, and Poetry Club. 

Peter served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1987 – 1994. He received an Honorable Discharge, service, and good conduct medals.  

Peter lived in the Boston, MA area after college.  He managed several award-winning restaurants before moving back to York, PA in 2006 to support his parents.

Peter had a successful career in the mortgage industry before starting Franzis Financial Services Group.  He obtained his insurance license in 2013 to help his mother. She had questions about her options and he couldn't find anyone to provide the answers so he took care of it himself.

His business has grown by word of mouth; today, he has over a thousand clients. 

Peter enjoys helping his clients and their families plan for the future.  He is an avid cross-trainer and martial artist. Peter likes to spend time with family and friends, cook, collect books, and travel. Peter volunteers time to local organizations and is active in his community.  He is a member of local, national, and international professional organizations.
